Refund Policy

1. Subscription payments
Alertfy is sold as a subscription-based digital product. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the recurring billing terms presented at checkout.
2. Refund requests
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were billed incorrectly or the service did not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
4. Abuse prevention
We may decline refund requests in cases of repeated abuse, fraudulent activity, or clear violation of the Terms of Service.
