Alertfy provides a browser-based product price tracking service. The service allows users to monitor selected product pages and receive notifications when tracked information changes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You may not use Alertfy for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

3. Plans and subscriptions

Alertfy may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at the time of checkout, unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

4. Acceptable use

• You must not use Alertfy to interfere with websites or third-party systems.
• You must not attempt to bypass security, access restrictions, or payment controls.
• You must not resell or sublicense Alertfy without written permission.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Alertfy available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect compatibility with every website, browser version, or device.

6. Limitation of liability

Alertfy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alertfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Alertfy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
